A WWII US Army 1940s Linen Postcard featuring a Tank Attack at the Infantry School at Fort Benning Georgia. The card is a nice linen postcard with nice color, it has tanks rolling and dirt and dust flying, on the front upper right side it has 8-Tank Attack, the Infantry School, Ft Benning Ga and on the lower right front it has Catalog Number 8A-H2004. The card is by the Curteich Postcard Co and is used. It has a postmark of Augt 1942 mailed from Columbus Ga to Rochester NY and has a Green 1 cent Industry Agriculture for Defense Stamp on it. It is in excellent condition, with no rips, and no creases. There is some minor cornerwear and alittle very minor edgewear. Very framable or good for matting or display. Nice piece of military history.
