1966 Lady Drivers Olds Power Windows Form

1966 Oldsmobile order from for Power Windows. The order form is titled A lady driver's delight demonstrate the modern, magic touch of Oldsmobile Power Windows. It for the dealer to get Power Windows on the Oldsmobiles except the standard F-85's. It has a location on it for the dealer to fill out the zone office information, wholesale car orders, Dealership name, Dealer Code, and Authorized Signature.

The form is in excellent Condition for it's age with no rips, no writing and only some minor wear on the edges and corners and a very slight crease type mark 1/3 from the top on the right side. Please see the scans.
