It is used with a postmark of Mar 23, 1946 mailed from Saint Petersburg Fl to Springfield Mass. There is a Green one cent George Washington Stamp on the card.

The card is in excellent condition with no rips and no creases. There is some minor cornerwear and great color. Please see the scan for overall condition.
