A Vintage 1940s Advertising Ink Blotter featuring Staubs Cleaners in Rochester New York. The blotter is the Staubs Cleaners Sterling Cleaners Economy Division of Staub's. The advertising ink blotter is a nice color blotter with a picture of the cleaners on the front, with the address of the plant and drive in on East Main Street across from the Armory, and the addresses of the branch stores on East Avenue and Monroe Avenue. It lists the phone number as Monroee 6600 and has Routeman who serves your Neighbor presented by with the name Bob Fulmer stamped on that line. On the lower right hand corner it has D-9177. There are no dates on the blotter but it appears to be from the 1940s or so. It has a pink backing and measures apprx 6 " X 3 1/2 " in size. The blotter is in excellent condition with no rips, no writing and no creases. There is very minor cornerwear only.
