The card has The Hugh C Leighton Co Manufacturers Portland Me USA Printed in Franford Germany N294. There are no dates on the card but it appears to be out of the 1910s or so.

The card is unused and in very good condition for its age with no rips, no writing and no creases. There is some minor corner wear and a little age discoloration, not bad for 100 or so years old. Please see the scan.
